Garett DiStefano

Garett DiStefano is the Director of Dining Services for award-winning UMass Amherst. As the director of the largest and most recognized program in the nation, Garett is not only committed to providing students with a healthy, sustainable and delicious meal, but a leader in developing a program that enhances the quality of life of every student on campus. Garett is an alumnus of UMass, earning his M.B.A from the Isenberg School of Management. A trustee of the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS), Garett believes in continuous improvement through collaborative development and is an active participant in organizations such as the National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS) and the International Food Manufacturers Association (IFMA). When he is not at work, Garett is the proud father of two amazing daughters and married to the girl he met in sixth grade.
